All products by Great Northern Designs LLC are custom-made. Minor variations in color, size, and print placement (up to 1") may occur and are considered normal in the production process. Colors shown in proofs or online images may differ slightly from final products due to material and display differences. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
Customer Provided Apparel Disclaimer

By providing apparel or materials for customization, the customer acknowledges that all such items are supplied at the customer’s sole risk. Great Northern Designs is not responsible for defects, damage, misprints, discoloration, shrinkage, misalignment, or loss of value arising from the use of customer-supplied materials. The customer releases and holds harmless Great Northern Designs from any and all claims, liability, or damages associated with customer-supplied apparel. Replacement or reimbursement will not be provided for customer-supplied items under any circumstances.
Right to Use Image Disclaimer

By providing an image, it is presumed the customer has full legal right to use custom created logo. Great Northern Designs does not assume any responsibility for vetting customer provided images.
