Do you have a minimum order?

The short answer is: no!

We strive to provide custom apparel without the quantity barrier. While there are discounts for ordering in bulk, and certain options (plastisol) have a minimum quantity of 24 items, we have purposed to have options for all quantities of apparel.

*Drinkware and patches DO have minimums of 25 pieces each.

Yes! We provide free delivery inside Columbia Falls city limits. There is a $15 delivery fee for elsewhere in the Flathead Valley. Shipping is available at cost to customer.

Can I provide my own garment for decorating?

Yes - but please refer to the Customer Provided Garment Disclaimer as all potential risk of garment damage or incompatibility becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Can you do THIS image I found?

Most the time - yes! It may not be exactly the same image - in order to avoid copyright infringement, but we often create designs based on inspiration customers have found online.

How soon will my product be ready?

We strive to maintain a reasonable 7-10 business day lead time. We know projects and teams can need items quickly, but we also need to take into account the shipping to Montana time.

Part of keeping our cost low and having the most options possible, is not keeping inventory on-hand in our shop.

Can you use my logo/image?

We frequently apply customer provided business or team logos to our products. Responsibility for spelling, grammar and design details are the customers. A minimum DPI of 300 is necessary to print, and some designs may incur an art fee, if they are not print ready in quality or line thickness.
